A free, online educational program intended to provide participants increased knowledge regarding the role of NO in maintaining a variety of physiologic processes has been launched. The program is directed by James Q. Del Rosso, DO. The program is also intended to address the correlation of NO with the pathophysiology of skin diseases and the role of emerging topical treatments that incorporate NO.

Physicians can earn a maximum of 0.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM and Nurses  can earn 0.50 ANCC Contact Hour(s) (0.25 contact hours are in the area of pharmacology). The program is supported by an independent educational grant from Novan Therapeutics, Inc.
