Now entering its fourth year, Cosmetic Surgery Forum has added over 10 new faculty members and five new sessions, with hands-on training during all three days of the conference. Cosmetic Surgery Forum will be held at the Palazzo Hotel Resort and Casino from November 29 to December 1, and early bird rates will be available until September 14.
