Headquartered in Tampa, FL, CDSS was founded by Steven Proper, MD, JD, MPH, CHRM. Founded in 1991 by Dr. Matt Leavitt, ADCS is a practice management company with over 60 company-affiliated dermatology clinics in Florida and Ohio providing clinical, cosmetic, surgical, and pathology services. ADCS also provides billing and coding management services for third-party dermatology practices under the Ameriderm trade name.
