PreCision Dermatology, Inc. appointed Garen Bohlin to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Bohlin has held senior executive posts in leading biotechnology companies for the past 27 years. Most recently, as the Executive Vice President of Constellation Pharmaceuticals, he also assumed the role of general business partner to the CEO where he was instrumental in consummating option-to-acquire and pre-negotiated merger agreements with Genentech. Prior to his role at Constellation, Mr. Bohlin was Chief Operating Officer of Sirtris Pharmaceuticals and founding Chief Executive Officer of Syntonix Pharmaceuticals. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Acusphere, Inc., Springleaf Therapeutics, Inc., and Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
