A new app for an online dermatology platform has recently launched from Iagnosis, Inc. The DermatologistOnCall® app, based on the website www.dermatologistoncall.com, enables to create an account and submit photographs and descriptions of their condition. Patients then receive a response from a board-certified dermatologist within three business days. The visit is concluded with the delivery of a treatment plan that contains the patient's history, current condition, and a diagnosis provided by the dermatologist, which may include a recommendation for an in-office visit if necessary. Any required prescriptions are sent electronically to the patient's pharmacy. The app is available for both the iOS and Android platforms, which is now available in the Apple Store and Google Play.
