Cosmetic Surgery Forum Offers Early-Bird Registration
The 6th Annual Cosmetic Surgery Forum is scheduled to take place Deceber 3-6, 2014 at the Palazzo Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, NV. Cosmetic Surgery Forum is a multi-specialty CME symposium to facilitate education and discourse on the most timely issues in cosmetic dermatology and surgery.
