Registration Open for Upcoming ADAM Webinars

The Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers (ADAM) is holding two upcoming webinars for office administrators and managers.

The first webinar—Create an Effective Collections Process—will be presented by Steve Carter, President of Carter-Young, on June 4 at 3pm EDT. Attendees will effective communication tools to help expedite the process of helping patients resolve their accounts.

The second webinar—Working with Your Boss Type—will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 3pm EDT. Presented by
June McKernan, COO of Patient Preferred Dermatology Medical Group, Inc., this webinar will describe the various boss types and how to work best with them.
