Dermira Prices Initial Public Offering

Dermira will price its initial public offering of 7,812,500 shares of common stock at a price to the public of 16 dollars per share.
The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on October 3, 2014 under the symbol DERM.Citigroup and Leerink Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities and Needham & Company are acting as co-managers.
