A new website has launched to help those who suffer from the physical and emotional impacts of acne scarring.

“A Scar Free Me” is the first of its kind online community that offers free resources and support for people coping with the aftermath of acne. Visitors can consult with skin care and self-esteem consultants, access information on how and why acne scars occur and communicate with the “A Scar Free Me” community through an open forum. Doctors are encouraged to direct their patients to the site for support outside of the office.
