Dermeleve to Modify Program for Samples
Dermeleve will transition away from its auto-ship model and self-serve request program for samples, but will still offer samples directly to patients and to clinicians who choose to hole wholesale inventory, the company said in an email to partners.
“To ensure your patients can still ‘try before they buy,’ your patients can contact us directly to request complimentary samples,” the company said, suggesting patients call 877-684-2299 or email support@dermeleve.com. “Once your patient confirms that Dermeleve works for them, they can easily purchase Dermeleve on Amazon, or through our official website Dermeleve.com, or by calling Customer Support at 877-684-2299, where a Dermeleve Customer Support Representative will take their order.”
The company said it will continue to provide product recommendation Patient Tear Off Pads, which will contain information and directions for patients to request samples to or to place an order.
Meanwhile, clinicians who carry Dermeleve inventory in their practices will automatically receive complimentary Dermeleve samples with each wholesale order, the company said.
“These practices can continue to confirm efficacy in the exam room before a patient purchases Dermeleve in-office and walks out the door with relief in hand,” the company said.
