AARS Grant Application Deadline Approaching

The American Acne & Rosacea Society (AARS) offers Mentorship and Clinical Research Grants to assist committed, visionary professionals lead acne and rosacea research, practice and clinical science into the future.  AARS has extended the deadline to accept completed applications until  January 9, 2015. Submit your application today! If awarded, funding will begin in July 2015. The goal of the AARS Mentorship Grant is to assist dermatology residents and recent graduates (up to five years out of residency) to hone their skills and knowledge in the fields of acne and rosacea research and practice.  A total of three (3) applicants each will be awarded up to $3,000.  

 

Likewise, the goal of the AARS Clinical Research Grant is to advance the clinical science of acne and rosacea, with funding provided up to $10,000 per proposal.  Research projects that are clinical/transitional in nature will receive preferential consideration.  Up to four (4) applicants each will be awarded up to $10,000 for their work.

Award recipients are encouraged to attend and will be acknowledged during the 10th Annual Member Meeting of the AARS on Friday, March 20, 2015 in San Francisco, California.  Publication opportunities are available for all awardees.
