Cosmetic Bootcamp University Exceeds Goals

Now completing its session in Philadelphia, the Cosmetic Bootcamp University session has exceeded goals, organizers report. Cosmetic Bootcamp seeks to improve patient outcomes in a manner not possible at other meetings by focusing on core specialists in dermatology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology and head and neck surgery, they say.

"In an era when we see more non trained physicians and more non physicians performing cosmetic procedures, it is gratifying to see the leading training program for core specialists growing," says Dr. Kenneth Beer, Director of The Cosmetic Boot camp.  

The Cosmetic Bootcamp unites the four core specialties in a collaborative training program with a constantly evolving curriculum. In addition, the program trains residents and fellow on best practices for cosmetic procedures.  

The meeting is completing its annual Cosmetic Boot Camp University for physician’s in training with its Philadelphia based program. The main Cosmetic Boot camp Meeting is in July in Aspen, CO.
