La Roche-Posay plans to continue its "Dermatologist from the Heart" program for the fifth year.

As part of the program, La Roche-Posay provides grant money up to $10,000 to fund community-oriented projects that make dermatology available to all and enhance the quality of life for patients.

Applications for the 2017 program are currently open and due by September 15, 2016. Winners will be announced in October 2016.

Here’s how to enter:

Submit a grant proposal outlining their project, which should fall under:

• Information and Prevention
• Health Professional Training
• Advice and Support
• Improving Social Integration
• Improving Access to Healthcare

All dermatologists practicing in the country are eligible to apply. Interested applicants must submit their proposal to:
