DEKA M.E.L.A received additional FDA clearance for its Synchro REPLA:Y® family of Laser Systems, allowing for Maximum Power of 180W and a 24mm spot size, the largest available in the industry.

The Synchro REPLA:Y® family of Laser Systems consists of  three aesthetic workstations:

• The flagship Synchro REPLA:Y Excellium 3.4 includes the first 3 Hz, 125 W, 755 mm Alexandrite laser, an extremely powerful 180W, 1064 nm Nd:Yag laser and a FT Pulsed Light with 5 interchangeable filters.
• The Synchro REPLA:Y Excellium HP, an extremely powerful 180W, 1064 Nd:Yag laser, with FT Pulsed Light capabilities.
• The Synchro REPLA:Y Premium 1.4.2., equipped with the first 3 Hz, 125 W, 755 mm Alexandrite laser and FT Pulsed Light capabilities.

Each station is designed and mainly dedicated to offer high-speed, stable long-term, or permanent hair reduction, and treatment of pseudo folliculitis barbae. Additionally, the Synchro REPLA:Y family of Laser Systems offers high-speed, effective, and safe treatment of benign pigmented lesions, wrinkles, and photocoagulation of dermatological vascular lesions.

The Synchro REPLA:Y family of Laser Systems offers the first Alexandrite laser working at 3Hz. Equipped with the fast (3 Hz) and powerful (125 W) 755 nm Alexandrite laser, coupled with the new 180 W, 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser with the large 24mm spot size, the Synchro REPLA:Y Excellium 3.4 is effective for safe and rapid hair reduction on all Fitzpatrick skin types and tanned skin, including photocoagulation of vascular and treatment of benign pigmented lesions and wrinkles.

The Synchro REPLA:Y family of Laser Systems' new maximum power (180 W) enables physicians to offer very high-speed treatments efficiently. Additionally, the Synchro REPLA:Y family of Laser Systems utilizes a characteristic flat top beam profile, the "Top-Hat Spot Size Technology."
