Differin Celebrates Retinoid Awareness Week with Educational Initiatives


Following the FDA approval of Differin Gel to be sold over the-counter in 2016, Galderma embarked on a journey to educate consumers about retinoids like adapalene. In 2017, Differin launched its first ever Retinoid Education Week to continue to drive awareness. Now in its fourth year, Differin is aiming to reach consumers and drive consideration on platforms where they want to learn about skincare and acne. The brand is taking a multi-channel approach starting with dedicated content on Differin.com, educational social posts, highlighting the Differin journey through influencer partners, producing an educational broadcast media tour, and partnering with board-certified dermatologist Dr. Claire Chang to share tips and insights around treating acne with retinoids. 

The brand is giving away 5,000 samples of a 30-day supply of Differin Gel.  Starting Monday, March 8, consumers can visit Differin.com to sign up and learn more about retinoids (valid for first 5,000 sign-ups, while supplies last).
