Galderma announced it will be presenting 19 abstracts, including 2 oral presentations, at the 2026 European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress, with research spanning inflammatory skin diseases, sensitive and fragile skin, skin longevity, and acne.

Long-Term Nemolizumab Data Among EADV 2026 Presentations

New analyses from the Nemluvio (nemolizumab) clinical development program will focus on atopic dermatitis (AD) and prurigo nodularis (PN). One oral presentation will report 152-week safety and efficacy findings from the open-label long-term extension of the ARCADIA program in adults and adolescents with moderate-to-severe AD. A second will examine associations among itch, skin lesion severity, nemolizumab treatment, and sleep disturbance in patients with AD and PN.

Other presentations will look at the effects of itch and lesion severity on quality of life in AD and examine the long-term safety of nemolizumab across the ARCADIA and OLYMPIA extension studies. Real-world analyses will characterize patients with AD and PN receiving advanced systemic therapies and explore disease burden and outcomes in PN.

Galderma also plans to present research addressing sensitive skin, dermatoporosis, and skin longevity. Studies include a prospective evaluation of a Cetaphil Restoraderm cleanser and moisturizer regimen in patients with mild-to-moderate AD and research examining skincare approaches for mature, fragile skin.

Acne-focused presentations will examine the anti-inflammatory activity of a lysine-based dendritic polymer combined with niacinamide, a multi-active hydrocolloid patch for acne pustules, and the effects of Aklief (trifarotene) on skin redness and color evenness in patients with acne and acne scars. Another study will explore how dermatology practitioners manage acne following isotretinoin treatment. The company said it will also host educational sessions addressing IL-31 neuroimmune pathways, cellular senescence, and emerging approaches to skin longevity.
