Atopic Dermatitis, Hidradenitis Suppurativa Lead Incyte’s EADV 2026 Research
AD represents the largest component of the planned presentations. Several analyses will examine ruxolitinib cream, including long-term safety and pharmacokinetics from the TRuE-AD4 study, patient-reported symptoms and quality of life, and treatment escalation in adults with moderate AD who were eligible for systemic therapy.
The international TOPiQAL survey will provide another major AD theme, exploring disease burden, treatment preferences, and the potential effects of AD across patients’ lives.
In HS, pooled phase 3 STOP-HS1 and STOP-HS2 data will examine povorcitinib across clinical, patient-reported, and biomarker outcomes in patients with high disease burden. A separate HERALD survey analysis will address real-world treatment challenges among biologic-experienced patients in Europe.
Additional presentations broaden the focus beyond efficacy.
