Intraderm Changes Alevicyn Product Name to Levicyn

Intraderm's Alevicyn is getting a new name—Levicyn. The Gel formulation is now Levicyn Antipruritic Gel, the Spray Gel is now Levicyn Antipruritic SG, and the Dermal Spray is now Levicyn Antimicrobial Dermal Spray.

The company notes that physicians can still write for Alevicyn during this transition; however, as inventory depletes, patients could receive the product under the new Levicyn label, which the company says is "the same great product with a new name."
