JOYA Launches Skin Cancer Prevention, Anti-Aging Employee Benefit Platform

JOYA the first employee skin health and wellness benefit platform, announced its emergence from stealth mode with $5 million in seed funding from LUX Capital, Mosaic General Partnership, Arsama Trust, and Joyance Partners. 

The funding will support team expansion, product development, market growth, and increased access to providers, according to a press release.

While skin health and wellness US market is valued at over 30 billion, but remains under-penetrated due to access, cost, and education. 

JOYA says they are tapping into the growing demand for healthy, youthful skin by integrating aesthetic benefits with essential skin cancer screenings. By connecting employees to a network of vetted experts, it provides convenient access to both preventative screenings and personalized treatments at an affordable cost. 

The company also announced Dr. Neshat and Fatima Husain will join JOYA’s Board of Directors.
