The National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) Patient Navigation Center aims to help patients learn more about psoriatic disease, how to manage their condition and get answers to specific insurance and access-to-care questions thoughout the open enrollment period.

The period to make changes to Medicare health and drug plans begins on October 15, 2016 and ends on December 7, 2016. The period to apply, re-enroll or change your 2017 plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace begins on November 1, 2016 and ends on January 31, 2017.  Throughout the open enrollment period, the Patient Navigation Center is offering free insurance Q&A sessions to help you understand your health insurance coverage and plan options.

Patients will be matched with an NPF Patient Navigator, who will work with them one-on-one to answer all questions.
