03/23/2015

Nextech, a leading provider of specialty-focused healthcare technology solutions for physician practices, announced an exclusive partnership with Iagnosis, a leading telemedicine provider of online dermatology solutions. Iagnosis provides a teledermatology platform that facilitates patients receiving quality skincare from board-certified dermatologists utilizing computers, tablets and smartphones.  Patients take pictures and provide appropriate medical information online, submitting their case to board certified dermatologists in a convenient manner and receiving diagnosis generally within 12 hours. Through this new partnership, Nextech clients will be able to integrate the patient experience and documentation from these online visits into their Patient Portal and EMR thereby maintaining a complete patient record.

“The exclusive partnership of Nextech and Iagnosis, provides the optimal solution for dermatologists looking to improve patience convenience and acquire new patients through online patient engagement,” states Christina Majeed, chief product officer of Nextech. “We are thrilled to be leading the way in terms of offering innovative and interoperable new options for doctors to generate additional practice revenue and improve patient experience through the Nextech and Iagnosis solutions.”

Committed to HIPAA compliance and the security of PHI, both Nextech and Iagnosis look to streamline the compliant sharing of clinical information from their market leading technology solutions. Both companies provide for private labeling of their portal solutions thus providing a patient engaging interface that is practice specific- thus allowing dermatologists to personalize their online presence to match that of their practice.

“We are excited to be partnering with Nextech, who is an all-in-one EMR and practice management solutions provider which understands that patient care and volume are of paramount concern for dermatologists in this era of declining reimbursements,” states Dave Zynn, president and CEO of Iagnosis. “Collaboratively, we are committed to enhancing the productivity and profitability of the dermatologists we serve.”
