TeleVox has announced a national group purchasing agreement with Premier, Inc. effective September 1, 2025, permiting Premier members to access negotiated pricing and terms for TeleVox offerings, including Digital Front Door, Appointment Management, Digital Care Programs, and Patient Marketing, according to a press release.

The release from TeleVox says that the platform integrates with EHRs, enabling AI-powered conversational interactions and automated, personalized, two-way communications across multiple modalities, including text messaging, virtual assistants, interactive voice response, email, and postcards. These tools are designed to enhance patient engagement, education, and adherence while reducing administrative workload. Members of Premier’s network, which includes hospitals, health systems, and community health centers, will now have the option to implement TeleVox’s technology to improve access, streamline care coordination, and enhance operational efficiency, according to the press statement.
