Thermi to Sell, Market Silhouette InstaLift™ in the US

Sinclair and Thermi are teaming up for the sales, marketing, and distribution of Silhouette InstaLift™ in the US.

Sinclair granted Thermi exclusive four-year distribution rights for the US market until mid-2020. The agreement involves a material investment in the launch and marketing of Silhouette InstaliftTM by Sinclair. In addition, Sinclair will hold an annual option, after year three, to repatriate the rights, having compensated Thermi accordingly.

Silhouette InstaLiftTM will be launched by Thermi later this month. Sinclair initiated soft launch activities in in the US in Q4 2015. More than 2,000 US physicians have learned about InstaLiftTM from their peers and over 50 have received education and training.

Thermi plans to support the product with their sales force and backup by the Thermi and Sinclair marketing teams. Sinclair has regained distribution rights for Silhouette Soft® in Brazil.

Paul Lorenc, MD a Manhattan-based plastic surgeon, routinely combines Thermi technology with the Silhouette InstaLiftTM. “I will use an Energy device like Thermi then the Silhoutte InstaLift™ and maybe use fillers six weeks later,” he says at a New York City press event sponsored by Thermi. “The effect is approaching that of a facelift."
