This month, New York City dermatologist Marisa Garshick, MD, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Weill-Cornell Medicine, discusses the merits of Good Science Beauty Hydrating Cream.
What is Good Science Beauty Hydrating Cream?
Marisa Garshick, MD: The Good Science Beauty Hydrating Cream utilizes the brand’s patented carrier technology, Good Silicon+, to deliver hyaluronic acid and marine omega-3 fatty acids to restore skin hydration and improve the natural skin barrier, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. How do you suggest that your patients use this product?

Since it is lightweight, patients can apply it easily underneath sunscreen and makeup without any problem. What type of results are your patients seeing with regular use?
Dr. Garshick: Patients like that it is a lightweight yet effective moisturizing product and that they see results. The natural plumping effect of hyaluronic acid gives them results early on. It is gentle enough to be used on the whole face, including underneath the eyes, which can also help to improve under-eye volume. By locking in moisture and improving the skin barrier, it helps to nourish the skin and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
