Veil Cosmetics recently launched the Illuminating Complexion Fix, a hybrid product with Lightfast Technology, a proprietary blend of active ingredients (Sepiwhite MSH, Sepicalm VGWP, and Revidrate) that targets the production of melanin. In clinical testing, Sepiwhite MSH was shown to increase luminosity in subjects with dark spots 95 percent of the time, and use of Sepicalm VGWP led to a decrease in melanin production in 88 percent of subjects with dark spots after eight weeks, according to the company.
