Amarte Skin Care has relaunched its flagship sunscreen, ULTRA VEIL® DAILY SPF 40, according to a press release from the manufacturer.
The updated product maintains its position as a top-tier hybrid sunscreen, the press release said, offering broad-spectrum SPF 40 protection in a light emulsion formulated for daily use. According to the brand, the relaunch emphasizes a finish suited for all skin tones.
“Ultra Veil® transcends traditional sunscreen – it's the ultimate daily guardian for your skin,” said Craig A. Kraffert, MD, board-certified dermatologist and President of Amarte Skin Care, in the press release. “Featuring a sophisticated blend of chemical and physical filters, enriched with niacinamide and a curated selection of potent botanical extracts, Ultra Veil® provides optimal broad-spectrum SPF 40 defense while nurturing healthier, more fortified skin”.
The formulation combines UV filters with niacinamide, as well as Korean botanical extracts (including Scutellaria baicalensis root and Phellinus linteus), which have been associated with antioxidant activity in both in vitro and in vivo studies, the manufacturer said. The brand notes that the inclusion of these compounds supports the product’s dual role in sun protection and skin health maintenance.
