As demand for revision rhinoplasty continues to grow, nonsurgical rhinoplasty (NSR) has emerged as a minimally invasive alternative for patients seeking correction of residual aesthetic concerns without undergoing another operation. In the current study, investigators analyzed outcomes from 1,122 patients who previously underwent surgical rhinoplasty and later received secondary NSR with dermal fillers.

Large Series Supports Anatomy-Driven Secondary Liquid Rhinoplasty

The retrospective observational cohort included prospectively documented cases from a single private plastic surgery practice between December 2004 and February 2025. Eligible patients had undergone prior rhinoplasty and had at least 6 months of documented follow-up after filler treatment.
