There is sometimes a disconnect between clinical trials in atopic dermatitis and real world AD patients because atopic dermatitis treatment is really not one size fits all. In clinical trials, we see the data of all patient populations and all the phenotypes, and sometimes this may not translate to what we see in practice. For example, for a population of patients that are African Americans, they may need a little bit tweaking in the treatment and so on. So in atopic dermatitis, we still are learning which drug for which patient, and I think this will be refined way more in the next few years with new treatments coming into the disease.
