We are really changing the way we think about chronic inflammatory conditions, that includes chronic pruritic disorders as well. And that is that with time the disease milieu changes. What does that mean? That means that a particular skin inflammatory disorder on year one or two doesnot have the same T-cell or same immunologic marker profile like a year five or 10. So that's why we see all these variability probably in conditions. Why is this important? The earlier we treat, I think the better it is to address disease prognosis long term. So that is one thing that I'velearned from my work with medications such as biologics, JAK inhibitors when it comes to chronic pruritic disorders and that is treat early, don't wait.
